MINI DOG TRAINING WORKSHOPS & EVENTS February 2012 February 12, 2012 (Sunday) Obedience and Rally run-throughs at Good Dog Center Starting 5:00pm. $5/run, $3 each additional run (same dog), with or without "judge" February 19, 2012 (Sunday) Mini-seminar: How to work with Secondary Reinforcers 2-4pm. Cost $30 Take your training to the next level by learning to use many different types of motivators besides the traditional food. This workshop is a must for anyone involved in competition, or for the owner who wants to strengthen the relationship with their dog. March 2012 March 3, 2012 (Saturday) Rescue Me Seminar: Advice for People About their Dogs Hosted by Iowa Weimeraner Rescue. Carmen Hurley, Good Dog Center owner, will be speaking at this conference in Ames, IA. 12-4pm, Cost $30 (food and beverage included). Seminar topics include: In the Mind of a Rescue, Health Considerations (ISU Veterinarian), Behavioral Training Basics with dog demonstrations, Expert panel discussion.
